Jake is a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with experience across the NHS, private healthcare, and elite sports. At Midtown Wellness, he leads injury rehabilitation, helping patients move from chronic pain to pain-free performance.
With a background in strength and conditioning, Jake also supports athletes returning to competitive sport and endurance training. He has worked with complex cases, including stroke, spinal injuries, and post-surgical rehab.
