Pregnancy Massage, Osteopathy, CHIROPRACTIC & Physiotherapy in Covent Garden

Pregnancy Care That Moves With You

Pregnancy brings a lot of change to your body, and it's common to feel new aches, stiffness or reduced mobility as you move through each trimester. At Midtown Wellness, our team of registered osteopaths, physiotherapists, chiropractors and massage therapists offer gentle, tailored treatment to help support your comfort and wellbeing during pregnancy.

Every treatment plan is adapted to you your stage of pregnancy, your history, and how you're feeling on the day.

Always let your practitioner know you are pregnant (or may be pregnant) before your appointment, and check with your GP or midwife before starting any new treatment.

WHEN WE CAN SEE YOU

We offer pregnancy treatment from the second trimester onwards (after 12–14 weeks).

We don't treat clients during the first trimester. This is standard practice across most manual therapy clinics and our practitioners prefer to work with you once this initial stage has passed. If you're not yet sure how far along you are, our team can talk you through timing when you get in touch.

HOW WE CAN HELP

🀲 Pregnancy Massage

Gentle, targeted massage techniques can help ease muscular tension, support relaxation, and may help with the general aches that come with carrying extra weight and changing posture. Positioning is fully adapted for comfort and safety at every stage.

🦴 Osteopathy

Osteopathy takes a whole-body approach, looking at posture, joint mobility and the musculoskeletal changes that come with pregnancy. Many clients find gentle osteopathic treatment supportive for general comfort and mobility as the body adjusts.

πŸƒ Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists can help with movement, posture and general strength and mobility support through pregnancy, and can guide you on safe exercise and positioning as your body changes.

πŸ’† Chiropractic

Chiropractic care focuses on the spine and joints, and may help support general postural comfort as pregnancy progresses and your centre of gravity shifts.

WHO YOU'LL SEE

All treatment is carried out by fully qualified, insured practitioners:

  • Osteopaths registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC)

  • Physiotherapists registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

  • Chiropractors registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC)

  • Massage therapists registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and/or the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
